Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Alpha BioMed packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
